Please allow me to introduce myself, I am Lauren Nemeschansky

Lauren Nemeschansky Remax of Valencia real estate agent
I am Lauren Nemeschansky, real estate agent, REMAX of Santa Clarita, which is located in northern Los Angeles County in California. I have worked as a Realtor for many years and am a mentor at my company, trusted with the job of training newer agents. You could say that real estate is in my blood. I have worked in real estate since I was a child in New Jersey where my family owned a furniture store and a real estate brokerage. We were located at the Jersey shore and sold many beach houses to “part time” residents who often had several other homes in New York City and in the countryside. We also worked with local families helping them to buy and sell homes in the area. I started “hosting” open houses at 10 years old. This consisted of greeting potential buyers at the front door and handing them a brochure while the agents would usually be off doing their shopping and other errands. It was a very safe neighborhood back then and the agents would tell me to “page” them if an interested buyer would come into the house.

Getting home ready for open House

I enjoyed learning how to decorate a home so that it would be “ready to show.” Many of our homes were vacant and empty since they were vacation homes so we would use some of the furniture and accessories from the furniture store to decorate. I realized that homes looked larger and cleaner with less furniture and less accessories in them than most people realize. The term “less is more” truly became my motto regarding what we now call decorating“staging” a home, which I enjoy doing.

Professional degrees

I have accomplished myself in other careers along my path in life. I attained a Master’s of Science degree and worked as a teacher and reading specialist with special needs students and a children’s therapist. However, as rewarding as those careers were I admittedly did miss the excitement of buying and selling homes and the thrill of getting a fantastic deal for my clients.

I am located in Santa Clarita

I live in Santa Clarita California which is a suburb of Los Angeles and was consistently voted by nationwide polls as being one of both the safest and best places to live in the entire USA. I have been married many years to my husband who is a professor and have two sons. I enjoy golfing, skiing, cooking and have lived and traveled all over the world.

How I treat my real estate clients

I treat my client buyers and sellers as I would like to be treated myself, like family. I am a “straight shooter” both in my business and personal relationships. I am an outstanding negotiator and have successfully negotiated and closed many “short sale” transactions and avoided foreclosures with very difficult bankers because of that talent. I am always honest with my family, friends and clients and I am not afraid to tell people things that they might not want to hear. I believe that only by knowing the full truth can people make accurate and good decisions based on that full truth or information. I have had the opportunity and pleasure to work with all types of buyers and sellers and all types of situations both positive and negative. I enjoy helping a young couple buy their first home, a family “move up” to a larger home, or a retirement couple sell their home so they can finally move to their dream retirement destination. I also have helped people move in very difficult situation such as divorce, short sale, relocation and probate and pride myself in knowing that I truly made a difference in their lives by making a difficult situation much less stressful.

My real estate marketing plan

I use a marketing plan called “Maximum Exposure Marketing”. It consist of both traditional marketing techniques and Search engine optimization internet techniques to get the maximum exposure for any of the homes that I list for our seller clients. I truly believe and it is a proven fact that in any type of market, the more exposure a home has the higher a price it will attain.
Whatever your situation or need, home buying or home selling, please realize that I am here to help you by providing honest information and outstanding real estate service. You can contact me for a free consultation and or market analysis at (661)310-8215
